French Montana, Yo Asel, Kodak Black, DJ Khaled and all other parties involved in the “Lockjaw” lawsuit have come to an agreement to drop all claims and completely dismiss the case, according to court documents obtained by The Blast. Asel was initially seeking an injunction prohibiting French and the other parties from profiting off of the song in the future. Both sides of the lawsuit now have to pay their own legal fees.

In the lawsuit, Asel claimed that he sent a track to French titled, “Sleep85” in 2014 after reaching out to the rapper via email. He said that French heard the song and invited him to “send more.” However, Asel claimed he was only made aware of the track “Lockjaw” with Kodak Black in 2016. He said when he heard it, he realized it included a modified version of one of the beats he sent.
