Police In Auckland Searching For Witnesses In “Rae Sremmurd Stabbing Incident”

Police in New Zealand are looking for witnesses to come out of the woodwork, due to a lack of video evidence.

Police in Auckland, New Zealand made an open call to witnesses who may have been present during the stabbing incident involving Slim Jxmmi and his entourage. As reported, the incident prompted emergency services to litter the scene, with one individual, likely the stabbing victim, rushed to a nearby hospital so he could receive treatment in a more “controlled” environment. Thankfully, the man is said to be recovering after undergoing emergency surgery right on the spot.

Slim Jxmmi reportedly emerged from the melee with blood all over his garments, his forearm, and his torso – after which Slim Jxmmi lambasted the media for running the story, after reconvening top his quarters. Auckland police were unable to make any arrests, due to an absence of video evidence pointing to an instigator in the melee. Detective Senior Sergeant Kathryn Bostock says two individuals associated with the melee are assisting in the ongoing investigative efforts.

“This is an area with a lot of people out and about and we’d like to hear from anyone who saw what happened or anyone who filmed it on their phone. We urge you to contact Auckland Police,” Bostock told the media. Rae Sremmurd is still scheduled to perform at the Logan Campbell Centre tonight, barring any hitches.
