Earlier today we reported on the shooting that involved Young Thug in Miami. The rapper was reportedly in his Ferrari on Interstate 95 followed by two buses filled with members of his entourage when a vehicle pulled alongside them and opened fire. TMZclaimed that there were no fatalities in the shooting, but three people were transported to a nearby hospital to treat non-life threatening injuries.

While initial reports stated that Thugger was at the scene but not hurt, however, a spokesperson for the rapper has followed up to assert that the 27-year-old was not at the location when the incident occurred. According to the spokesperson, Thug ” “did not get shot at…somebody took a shot at the car DJ Keyz was in. He is fine. It was a minor injury and not serious. Young Thug was long gone and not involved.”
