Birdman and Young Thug are dealing with a serious legal battled over Lil Wayne’s tour bus shooting in 2015. The two, alongside PeeWee Roscoe, Young Money and Cash Money, were sued by Alvin Lewis, the man driving the tour bus. However, Young Thug and Birdman have requested the judge issue a gag order fro the case in order to keep Lewis quiet.Birdman and Young Thug are trying to keep their current legal situation under wraps. According to The Blast, Birdman and Thugger have asked the judge for an emergency motion to put an end to their depositions and also put a ban on Lewis and his lawyer from speaking about the case to anyone, including the media.

The request for the emergency motion comes a few days after the judge put the entire case on hold.

Lewis claimed that Wayne’s tour bus was shot up after the rapper’s crew and PeeWee Roscoe’s clique allegedly had an altercation after a concert. Although Roscow was sentenced to 10 years behind bars, Lewis alleged that Roscoe made a few calls to both Thug and Birdman before and after the shooting.

“Time for you to come out here and get your money. You did everything you could do, boss,” Lewis claims Birdman said to Roscoe during the call. After the call surfaced, the judge decided to keep the case on hold.

The judge is allowing PeeWee Roscoe to be deposed from behind bars, but everything else will be on hold until the judge gives the green light to move forward.
